I think this guy should be playing with the first team already, look at Jack Wilshere he plays with Arsenal and he is now a England international! The only way he will learn is if we play him, if not why do we keep him, we should just send him on loan, at least that way he will get some experience. Please Chelsea dont waste this boy's talent.
