The agent of Santos wonderkid Neymar has said Chelsea have had a $35million bid rejected.
The Blues are battling Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona for the 19-year olds signature, but have been told they will need to increase their bid if they want to land the Brazilian international.
Neymar?s agent said "Last year we received an offer of ?35 million from Chelsea and it was rejected.
