Help?
The Reporter Help

We have renewed the Rumours and Transfers and from now on it will be known as The Reporter.

New changes:

You have the section divided into rumours and pieces of news. You can add photos to the news and rumours. If look carefully, each news that contains an image will have a small icon next to it referring to the image.

Classification of news and rumours:

The classification of news and rumours will be based on two criteria: number of votes and ancestry. The latest and the most voted news and rumours will be displayed on the top. If for example you observe that at the end of one week a news or rumour a lot of votes goes below another article with less votes it will be because it is not so new. In any case you can choose between looking at it in this order, only the latest, the most commented on or only news or rumours.

How do I upload a news?

Inside the section, on the left you will find the "Upload news" botton.

How do I upload a rumour?

Inside this section, on the left you will find the "Upload rumour" botton.

How do I vote for a news or a rumour?

You only have to click on the arrows beside it. The green one means you like it amd the red one (by now it is only available for the users with highest rank) means you don't like it.

Interview to John Terry

PIECE OF NEWS

"I WANT EURO AND I WANT ENGLAND GLORY"

John Terry heads for tonight's San Siro showdown vowing to win the Champions League and Premier League for Chelsea - and the World Cup with England.

The defiant Blues skipper has dealt with his off-field problems and now insists: "I'm on a mission and nothing is going to distract me. I want to win the Champions League and Premier League for Chelsea and help win the World Cup for England.

"I'm not ashamed to say it, I wouldn't be John Terry if I felt any differently. I'm playing my heart out, we're still clear at the top of the Premier League and I want to lead us to glory in the San Siro."

The defender, 30, has nothing but respect for his former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and is relishing the chance to see his old pal again when the Blues face Inter Milan in the last 16 of the Champions League. Terry added: "Jose was an inspiration to us all at Stamford Bridge and I truly value his friendship.

"It's going to be a sensational tie between two great teams but when I stick on the shirt tonight I'll be focused on one thing only - playing and winning for Chelsea. It's the way I play the game and the way I always will."

Terry has delivered trademark defiant performances in recent games despite the off-field traumas of the last few weeks. He said: "I'm responding by doing what I've always done - by looking straight ahead. I've got broad shoulders and nobody's going to knock me out of my stride."

The central defender firmly believes Chelsea supporters care only about what he does on the pitch and admits he owes them a huge debt of gratitude for their continued loyalty.

The Chelsea skipper added: "There's a shirt on my wall at home - the shirt I wore when I missed that penalty against Manchester United in the Champions League final. It's there as a daily reminder to me of what I'm striving for. I won't rest until it's replaced by a winner's shirt - that's my pledge to every Chelsea fan who has stood by me and still believes in me as a player and as their club's captain.

"They have been brilliant, their support has been overwhelming and I desperately want to give them the glory they deserve. We may be playing the Special One tonight, but those fans are the real special ones."

Footballers are making headlines for all the wrong reasons at the moment and Terry admitted: "People talk about setting an example - and believe me, out on the pitch, that's all I want to do, whether it's for Chelsea or England.

"I firmly believe fans want to judge me on the one thing I expect to be judged on - my football - and that's all I could ever ask for. It's their right, they pay to see me play, and I owe it to them to always give it my best. Which I absolutely will. Tonight and every week."

With England's friendly against Egypt only a week away, Terry is adamant his drive and determination will not be affected by losing the captaincy. He added: "I am strong enough and passionate enough to know I will carry on delivering my best for club and country.

"If I'm fortunate to play for England in the World Cup - and playing for your country is the ultimate honour - I will take the same determination, drive and passion out on to the pitch in South Africa as I've always done.

"Absolutely nothing will change. I've already admitted that losing the captaincy hurt but that's in the past and all I want to do now is move forward and carry on giving my best for England."
