Change of formation

Hallo AVB?

My names are George Njenga a Kenyan and a staunch Chelsea fc fan. I believe the reason behind our poor run f form is that AVB has forced a good formation to the wrong players i hope this doesnn't rub others Chelsea fans the wrong way.

I enjoy the way Chelsea approach the game but to speak the truth we have become shy before the Goal post we create lots of chances but they do not end to fruition.

I tend to believe a 4-4-2 formation would fit the current SQUAD or rather still play a 4-3-1-2 a formation we played against Man United and it proved to lethal. we still attacked and entertained.
